Below you will find the on-line registration form. Upon completion of this form you will be forwarded to a summary screen and prompted to pay for the competition. The price of the competition is £300 per team. If you are chosing to register on-line you must pay the full fee at the time of registration. Please don‘t complete the application form if you don‘t have the means to pay for both players on-line now.
